This form accompanies the FCNRP application and tracks volunteer time and resource contribution and must be submitted in order to be recognized by FireSmart Canada.

The FireSmart Neighbourhood Plan is prepared by the FireSmart Committee and assisted by the Local FireSmart Representative. The plan contains a minimum of three FireSmart mitigations ‘Action Items’. The plan is reviewed and approved by the FireSmart Committee.

This document is a filled example of the FireSmart Neighbourhood Plan. The FireSmart Neighbourhood Plan is prepared by the FireSmart Committee and assisted by the Local FireSmart Representative. This application form needs to be completed in order for a neighbourhood to be recognized as FireSmart by FireSmart Canada.

This form provides a written evaluation of the overall neighbourhood wildfire hazard and should be completed by a certified Local FireSmart Representative in order to be recognized by FireSmart Canada.
